The sales network operated by the main office in Reggio Emilia, can count on the essential contribution of the 4 European branch business offices: France (Lyon, since 1964), Spain (Barcelona, since 1965), Germany (Frankfurt, since 1967) and Great Britain (Oxford, since 1989). Further support is provided by over 150 distributors in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and over 2000 specialized centres for spare parts and technical assistance spread over five continents. The new Singapore local office also covers the Asia Pacific area, excluding India, where Lombardini already has a plant, and China, which together with the USA is covered by the Kohler group's network. The three strong points are stock, lead times and training. The company supplies engine and spare parts stock in extremely short delivery times in all countries, under supervision of agents and distributors who undergo continuous training updates on site, or in the Reggio Emilia facility.
