In each country where it operates, Lombardini services its customers from large stocks of engines and replacement parts, which are readily available within short time frames.
The company also invests significant resources to train its sales agents and distributors. Each year, hundreds of hours of training courses are given at Lombardini’s branches or in the school in Reggio Emilia.
Also available are documentation, brochures, microfiche and CD-ROMs in every language.

Large investments have recently led to the implementation of a centralized distribution service at Lombardini's Reggio Emilia headquarters. Thanks to the new service, a significantly larger assortment of warehoused parts and 24/48 hours emergency delivery is available throughout Europe.
